Here are my 18 (yes, I really entered 18 designs, though they are essentially 3 collections) designs I entered in the Homebase Wallpaper competition.
Rich reds, deep purples and browns combined with luxurious fabrics such as velvet, leather and heavy knits evoke a true Darwinian essence to the Anthology collection.
Inspired by travel, nature and history, images of maps, flora and fauna, can be found across a range of home enhancements and textiles.
Muted greys and blues form the perfect backdrop for the clean and simple lines of furniture and finishing touches in the Revival collection. The use of mineral colours perfectly complements this contemporary, easy living trend that is a softer take on the ‘industrial’ look that has been growing in popularity over the last few years.
Architectural imagery and typography feature on a range of textiles, styled alongside strong lighting statement pieces including recycled glass, helping to create a casual and relaxed environment that’s on trend.
Scented Garden Theme
Pretty and romantic, Scented Garden is perfect for recreating a vintage look. This delicate collection brings together soft pastel colours with elegantly styled accessories and furniture. Subtle floral patterns and romantic typography complement a range of textiles and accessories.
I loved creating these designs and thinking about the themes/trends and using specific colour palettes. Fabulous!
